At a property in Orpington, Kent we were commissioned to install a new modern styled bathroom.

Specification includes:

• large bath
• walk in shower cubical
• large basin
• toilet

The floor was completely tiled and finished with a tiled skirting for ease of cleaning and wear and tear from any water spillages.

The bath taps are plumbed into the wall with a diverter to supply the hidden hand held shower hose.

Low voltage spotlights give controlled, but ample light and a timed extractor fan is fitted above the shower.

The whole finish is clean modern touch and benefits from easy maintenance in every day use.
