At Broadhoath in Sevenoaks, Kent was a dilapidated three bedroomed
house in need of complete renovation.
The house was completely redesigned to accommodate two
large double extensions plus the re-arrangement of all rooms
within the existing building. All of this was achieved
whilst retaining the original style of the house and to match
the surrounding buildings.
The project included:
• new steels
• new floors
• new roofs
• completely rewired
• a complete oil fired central heating system
• new plumbing to all bathrooms and kitchen
• new chimney
• new staircase
• fitted cupboards
• three bathrooms suites
• cloak room
• new windows throughout
All room have been completely re-plastered
and fitted with new doors, frames and skirting throughout.
Upon completion both the interior and exterior will be completely
redecorated throughout.
The result will be a fabulous four-bedroom, three-bathroom house
with six rooms to the ground floor.
